Scholarships
To encourage the pursuit of higher learning in our community, White River Valley Electric Cooperative (WRVEC) has allocated funds from Operation Round Up to offer $1,500 scholarships to local undergraduates within the community. In 33 years of existence, Operation Round Up has given over 2.59 million in scholarship funds.
To be eligible, applicants must either (1) reside in our five-county service territory or (2) go to a high school located in our five-county service territory. Students may re-apply to receive the scholarship up to four times, but re-acceptance is not guaranteed.
The 2025-2026 scholarship will be awarded to students who have demonstrated the drive to impact their local community by service of various kinds while maintaining academic excellence.
