SERVICE DELIVERY student intern – (paid internship) – BRANSON OFFICE
JOB SUMMARY
As a Service Delivery Intern you will assist the Service Delivery and Office Operations departments in all activities pertaining to White River Connect’s Service Delivery functions, contributing to the organization’s overall success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Service Delivery and Office Operations team on specific projects and daily tasks as needed.
- Data Cleansing: Assist in keeping all data across multiple platforms consistent and accurate.
- Customer Equipment: Perform testing procedures on equipment to confirm if it is suitable for redeployment.
- Material Inventory: Support the team in ensuring the accuracy of inventory equipment.
- Audit Deployed Equipment: Run monthly audits of deployed CPE to confirm billing and inventory accuracy.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by manager.
- Internship participants will gain:

- Firsthand experience while working side by side with professionals from all levels.
- Develop administrative, professional, and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze, and communicate with others in a productive and efficient manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, having the ability to communicate with other employees and deal with diverse groups of people to solve problems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to take directions on a variety of projects simultaneously and meet established goals.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Enrolled in a college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Currently maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least a B+ and providing current transcripts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, scheduling appointments, and organizing data.
- No prior knowledge of Connect is needed for this position, yet candidate must demonstrate the desire to excel in a business-related field.
- Ability to analyze internal information, maintain an organized workspace, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and uphold a positive attitude.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Majority of the work will be performed indoors with regular posted office hours. Position may require travel to acquire supplies from time to time. Normal safety precautions and practices are required. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday.
PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY
- Frequent physical activity including sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time, standing, walking, stooping, bending, lifting, and carrying materials under 15 pounds.
MACHINES, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT
- Capable of operating a personal computer, calculator, printer, copy machine, telephone, shredder, and any other required office equipment.
VISUAL ACUITY, HEARING, AND SPEAKING
- Able to review and analyze documents and enter data into our system with accuracy.
- Actively listen to understand instructions and contribute effectively.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately for work and safety compliance.
Note: This job description is for a Student Internship. This is a temporary position offering no more than 336 total hours of employment. This position is a paid position, yet no benefits are provided with such position. Management retains the right to assign or reassign duties and/or responsibilities at any time.
